ATTN MOMS: ❌Don't do "75 Hard"❌ (do THIS instead)

If you've never heard of "75 Hard," let me break down what it is and why it doesn't work.


It's 75 days of:

  • Follow a diet

  • (2) 45 minute workouts

  • No alcohol or cheat meals

  • 1 gallon of water

  • 10 pages of reading

  • Take a progress picture


If you mess up 1 day, you start all over again.


This may work for 1% of single 20 year old bros (me circa 2006...and I probably couldn't have done it then), and will work for exactly 0% of moms.


As parents and especially moms, we're already burnt out.


Dreading walking in the house back to your kids after a long day of work or errands.


Snapping at your kids or even worse zoning out and ignoring them when they get testy with you.


Add insult to injury with the 75 Hard and it's a recipe for burn out disaster. Not to mention the physiological damage it's doing to your energy and fat loss results.


I'll break down why 75 Hard will never work:

  • Follow a diet - calling something a "diet" perpetuates all in all out mentality. "on a diet." "Off my diet." Nutrition system needs to be something you can do year round.

  • (2) 45 minute workouts - I don't know if I need to explain why this won't be sustainable

  • No alcohol or cheat meals - so that you can binge on day 76

  • 1 gallon of water - chill, so now I can stay up all night peeing after crushing my body with 2 workouts?

  • 10 pages of reading - does the book i'm reading to my toddler count?

  • Take a progress picture - as necessary as a backpack leash on your child


Not only from a sustainability aspect, but from a physiological aspect you will never see results.


It will crash your metabolism, inflame the shit out of your body, zap all your energy, and get your hormones out of whack.


Here's my "75 Mom" challenge that will supercharge your metabolism, get the inflammation out of your body, skyrocket your energy, and get your hormones back in balance.


  • 😴 Sleep 7+ hours

  • 🍷🍔Have a daily cheat meal that fits into your macros

  • 🚶‍♀️ Walk 10,000 steps

  • 🧘‍♀️ Daily guided meditation, epsom salt bath, or journaling

  • 🥗 Find 1 healthy recipe a week your whole family will eat

  • ⏰ Take 20 minutes to eat each meal

  • ⚖️ Weigh yourself daily with no emotional response (it’s just an objective measurement)


Restrictive diet and training models are not doable nor sustainable.


The above is the foundation for a sustainable model that will reap long term and immediate results. The exact model we have clients lose 15+ pounds with ease.
