Yup, you heard that right.


No, this isn't clickbait.


I wrote a post awhile ago about how icing your testicles 3x/day for 20min has been shown to boost your free and gross testosterone levels.


It was going over a protocol I found on "Vigorous Steve's" YouTube channel HERE


I just got my bloodwork done and my results.


If you're thinking about getting your testosterone checked, make sure you get bloodwork first thing in the morning.


As presumed, I have pretty high testosterone as my libido, ability to build muscle, diet, sleep, and training are on point.


My testosterone levels are:

FREE - 113.5 ng/dL

OVERALL - 673 ng/dL


I AM looking forward to boosting my testosterone levels since I'm in the process of building muscle for a photoshoot I have coming up.


I'm not looking forward to the annoyance of remembering to ice my balls and then having to sit on a cold ice pack 3x/day for 20min.


But all in the name of science...and getting diesel.
