Khloe Kardashian's UNHEALTHY Body Transformation

The Kardashian's ruined my life.


After "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" was released in early 2000s, I could no longer tell people I was raised in Calabasas.


Musicians and actors had lived in Calabasas for awhile, but it wasn't on the map like it is now. And it never had the wrap it does as now as the pretentious area.


My dad did well, I'm not going to lie. He also worked his ass off, is the most honest person I've ever met, and is so self aware I call "White Ghandi."


But when all of your friends have famous parents, have "let's take a private plane to the South of France just because" money, it all becomes relative.


Anywho, the most Metabolic of Mommas, Khloe Kardashian, has got ripped AF and has seemingly broke the internet.





The U.S. Sun wrote an article about her weight loss, claiming many of her fans are begging her to "stay healthy."


As if this physique is unhealthy?


I mean, she's lean, don't get me wrong.

But she's not unhealthily lean as though she's going to compete in an NPC bikini physique competition.


With my surgically precise eye, I would put her at 18% body fat.


That is considered an "in range" and "healthy" body composition.


How?


She used some photo-editing to cast deeper shadows and possible darken her skin, as well as a weird effect you see on the right.


Also, the Kardashians are VERY lean in their upper body and store most of their body fat in their lower body.


Khloe has claimed in the past to have an unhealthy relationship with food, yo-yo dieted, and thought she just had "bad" genetics that caused her to be unable to lose the weight.


So how did the 36 year old momma get "peeled to the socks?"


✅ Trained 5x/week

✅ Trained early in the morning before her baby woke up

✅ Mostly did bodyweight training, HIIT, and steady state cardio

✅ Ate in a calorie deficit

✅ Followed a meal plan given to hear by a nutrionist

✅ Had a chef prepare all her meals

✅ Ate mostly volumous foods to keep her full

✅ Ate 7 meals a day

✅ Ate 100% clean all the time


Sustainable?


With how the world gravitates around her, she probably won't ever get peered pressured with food and won't find a chef who won't change their cooking to accommodate her dietary needs. She also does zero meal prep which makes this pretty simple. Lastly she works with a trainer 5 days a week (which is more motivating than working out alone).


OK, ok, I get it...hiring a chef, nutritionist, and personal trainer may not be in the cards for you. Or 99.9999999% of the world's population, for that matter.


But what can we learn from Khloe Kardashian's transformation and apply to our own healthy lifestyle?👇


👉 Bulk meal prep so you don't have to think about cooking during the week

👉 Train 4x/week (5 is overkill)

👉 Do exercise that you like, is realistic for you to do in any life situation, and you push hard

👉 Eat 80% clean, 20% fun foods/alcohol

👉 Find a solid nutrition coach to work you thru the process.


This will save you your sanity and a ton of money.


This is what Khloe spends/spent to get in the shape she did:


💸 Average celebrity trainer in Los Angeles is $300/hour. 5x/week = $6000 per month

💸 Celebrity nutritionist is $500 per week = $2000 per month

💸 Chef is usually full time $50/hour so $8,000 per month (I'm sure this chef is cooking for the whole fam so let's just say 1/4 is for Khloe at $4,000 per month.


Grand total: $12,000 PER MONTH


If you don't want to spend this much, find a nutrition plan that will actually save you A TON of money, get leaner than Khloe without giving up pizza, cookies, cake, meals out, or working out more than 4x/week, THEN:
